How it Works
Once you have signed up for our Managed I.T. Services contract we can then add-on emergency protection. This will give you access to the cell phone number of a dedicated technician who will answer and respond to your calls 24/7. We will go onsite or connect remotely to fix whatever issue or problem that has arisen during non-office hours.
Pricing
Emergency monthly support contract is required to use this service. We will then bill you at a flat hourly rate for any emergencies that you have. Emergency support is defined as any support given without 24 hour notice during office hours or for any support given outside of office hours.
