Onsite Support - $85/hour
We will come to your organizations facilities to perform whatever I.T. service you may need. From networking issues to virus removal, we can service any aspect of your I.T. infrastructure. You just let us know what you would like us to accomplish and we will simply bill you in 30 minute intervals until the job is completed.
Remote Support - $75/hour
If you have a small problem or issue we may be able to quickly solve it by remotely connecting to your computer or system. This saves us time, which saves you money. With remote support we bill in 15 minute intervals and don't require a full first hour for work to be completed. Over time, this can save your company a considerable amount of money. Remote support is only available to company's that have signed up for our Remote Support Program. The cost of this program is $29.99 per month.
