How it Works

Onsite or Remote Support
While we will be onsite for scheduled times each day or week, we will also be able to assist you with problems remotely. Utilizing industry leading software we are able to remotely connect to any machine on your network and fix many problems without the need to come on site. This saves you money vs. an onsite visit as we bill in 15-minute intervals for remote support.
Easy to Use Help Desk
When you or your employees have an issue they can either log a ticket in our easy to use help desk or if it's an emergency, they can call us directly. The great thing about the help desk is it allows us to service your I.T. issues in the order of their severity. In addition, it gives us a great paper trail to follow and allows us to eliminate any missed issues.
